Our Opportunity

As a Senior Manager, Technical Success Key Accounts at Snyk, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives and shaping the strategic technical direction of the organization. Your role will be critical in fostering a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and growth within the America’s technical success team. By guiding product strategy and quality enhancement initiatives, you’ll help drive Snyk’s continued success and strengthen our position as an industry leader, in addition to contributing to America’s overall strategy, working with Sales leadership, marketing product and more.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Strategic Technical Direction: Oversee and guide the technical trajectory of the team, ensuring alignment with Snyk's broader business objectives. You’ll manage large-scale production systems, shaping product strategies while mentoring the team to become technical authorities.
  • Quality Enhancement Initiatives: Lead efforts to improve the quality of Snyk’s offerings by mentoring team members, driving innovation, and fostering a learning-driven culture. You’ll ensure that quality improvements—such as increased test coverage and reduced defects—are integrated into our product development process.
  • Customer-Centric Engagement: Collaborate closely with technical staff and Sales leadership to ensure customer needs are deeply understood and reflected in product development. You’ll align technical architecture and product strategies to meet these needs effectively.
  • Product Excellence & Mentorship: You’ll be the coach who lifts your team to new heights. Whether it’s through mentorship or leading by example, you’ll be key to developing the next generation of technical leaders at Snyk.
  • Overall Region Strategy: Contribute and influence the region strategy by supporting the other leaders and running initiatives to shape the Snyk brand, generate pipeline and achieve market leader presence in the region. 

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Success Management (TSM) roles, with deep expertise in the DevOps space.
  • Extensive knowledge of development and AppSec workflows, with the ability to consult on industry standards and implement Snyk solutions and the ability to coach and lead your team to drive those discussions
  • Proven experience in driving technical direction and managing large-scale systems while fostering team growth.
  • Strong skills in feedback delivery and building trust with leaders and peers, having the ability to drive influence with data and strategic thinking
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills—you can guide your team to success while fostering a growth mindset.
  • Strong presentation skills, presentation creation and leading and influencing via content and visuals. 
  • Experience leading initiatives that improve product quality through test coverage, defect reduction, and usability improvements.
