We're looking for students to join our Co-op Program who are excited about making the world more secure by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

As a Co-Op at Snyk, you’ll get hands-on experience in your field of study. You will work as part of the team to help us dominate the Developer Security world and help bring value to our customers. We’re focused on giving students an enriching professional experience through cross-functional exposure within a global context. You’ll get the opportunity to meet colleagues from different backgrounds and geological areas, gain valuable professional development, and have some fun along the way!

What is the role?💡

We seek a passionate and driven Co-op to join our Snyk Learn team, supporting outbound Education and Training programs. In this role, you will play a key part in rolling out our Snyk for Students and Universities program, aiming to help universities offer robust application security education for students and learn practical skills with Snyk. You will also work with our professional services and developer relations teams to develop and scale our customer-facing workshop offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Program Rollout:
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for universities interested in or participating in the Snyk for Students and Universities program.
    • Build and execute outbound campaigns to drive program signups and engagement.
    • Curate and package student and university resource packs, including educational materials, case studies, and best practices.
    • Organize and support events focused on students and universities.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop ways to verify skills and knowledge at scale for students, university staff, and the broader ecosystem.
    • Assist in the rollout and administration of the certification program.
  • General Program Support:
    • Support developing engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, webinars, and workshops.
    • Conduct market research to identify and understand the needs of our target audience.
    • Develop and maintain a library of education and training resources that program participants can leverage.
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of our program.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.

It would be great if you have had experience with:

  • Developing and delivering presentations.
  • Using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
  • Using customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Open source software, developer security, and education.
