Job Description

MySonicWall (MSW) is a customer and partner portal used to register products, conduct MSP/MSSP operations, and a variety of other administrative functions. The Product Manager for MySonicWall will be responsible for the following: 

What you will do: 

  • Lead product and feature development end-to-end, own strategy and execution to bring new products and features to market and increase adoption. 
  • Provide a UX that delights the user, by continuously listening to user feedback, metrics and define improvements.
  • Partner with engineering, and cloud operations to ensure that the cloud service meets the desired Service Level Objectives (SLO).
  • Streamline MSP/MSSP operations for partners who manage multiple tenants, multiple products, multiple users.
  • Define & build foundational features for all SonicWall products to use like RBAC, multi-tier, multi-tenant operations, SSO, Alerting, etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and PMs to support their new product launches, which rely on MSW for licensing, activation, tenant provisioning, user management, etc.
  • Work with IT, Sales & Customer Success to ensure that MSW integrates with the required internal systems & SaaS services
  • Manage an internal facing version of the application heavily used by our Sales and Customer Support organizations, among others.
  • Develop integrations with popular MSP tools or assist with 3rd parties building integrations.
  • Integrate MySonicWall into our Unified Security Platform.
  • Manage product backlogs to ensure all Epics and Stories are prioritized and regularly maintained. Participate in Sprint Plannings to provide guidance and ensure Engineering Teams are planning their work to align with the prioritized product backlogs.
  • Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and insights. Assist in resolving key escalations to ensure a positive experience.

Skills you need

  • This is a high-visibility role requiring confidence in managing multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with sense of ownership who thrives in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines with quick turnarounds.
  • 2-3+ years of Product Management experience building & delivering multi-tenant SaaS products, working with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
  • Experiencing managing and prioritizing a large backlog, preparing release documents and release cycles.
  • Demonstrable experience effectively communicating and presenting to a broad range of collaborators, up to C-Level Executives. 
  • Proven analytical skills to understand metrics and comfortable with data.
  • Demonstrable track-record of success and execution. 
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of API’s, cloud architecture, development & operations, and/or AWS, Azure, GCP certifications.
  • 1-2+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience and experience with MSP & MSSP customer profiles.
  • MBA preferred, but not required.
