Job Title: Sr. LATAM Warehouse Operations Program Manager

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

SIE LATAM Warehouse Manager effectively and efficiently coordinate the efforts to maximize resources  across the LATAM Region Managing the in-Country Distribution Centers along with supporting the Brazil Logistics efforts, always with a Customer Service focus driving the Operations Performances and vendors at a level of Excellence Teamworking with SIE Supply Chain and the LATAM Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support SIE New Product Introduction across the LATAM Region

  • Manage LATAM in-Country Distribution Centers and their overall Performance

  • Define, Track and Manage KPI’s for LATAM in-Country Distribution Centers

  • Coordinate the efforts to successfully implement new initiatives and projects across the LATAM Region Leading internal and external teams to SIE

  • Support in-Country Distribution Centers to successfully receive components on-time, pack-out and Distribute Products locally to supply demand.

  • Effectively Communicate and Coordinate with LATAM Distribution Centers Management team to accomplish SIE goals

  • Liaison between SIE LATAM Distribution Centers and SIE Supply Chain

  • Focus and promote continuous improvement across the LATAM Operations

  • Promote the Operational processes standardization across the LATAM Distribution Centers coordinating with the US/CAN Operational strategies and initiatives as much as possible.

  • Contract Management and Budget Management

  • Inventory Management across SIE LATAM Operations

  • Main Point of Contact for SIE Supply Chain Operations needs/demands for the LATAM region.

  • Maintain an open communication with LATAM printer vendors to ensure the on-time delivery of SIE printed materials demand

  • Communicate and coordinate with SIE Logistics and Planning teams for the successful NPI through the LATAM region

  • Manage the Critical to Quality documentation for the LATAM Region and support Quality Audits as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 of years of experience, multi-region and remote Operations management experience is a plus.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience on Project Management Multi-LATAM Countries

  • Business and Administration bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management (Logistics).

  • LATAM Import and Export general experience and overall understanding

  • English/Spanish language speaking is a plus

  • Skills/Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication.

    • SAP, WMS and TMS experience

    • Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing tools

Desired qualifications:

  • APICS Certification, C-TPAT, Inventory Control, Quality Management Systems, etc.
