This Information Technology role is outstanding! You'll be working at the intersection of technology and marketing, enabling data-driven personalization and flawless customer experiences. Collaborate with world-class marketing partners to improve audience creation and campaign delivery processes, and build scalable solutions across customer data and marketing automation ecosystems. Your expertise will help evaluate and advise on architectural decisions that impact Adobe, Salesforce, and other platforms.
We are seeking an ambitious individual with a vendor-agnostic approach to assess tradeoffs, recommend solutions aligned to our business needs, and evolve PlayStation’s customer data and activation architecture to support our strategic marketing goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will come from a consulting background. This role involves frequent client interactions and problem solving. Key skill and experience includes:
- Proficiency in CDP and marketing automation platforms, capable of assessing solutions such as AEP, Salesforce, and others from both an architectural and business enablement standpoint
- Experience crafting scalable audience, identity, and activation frameworks that extend beyond a single toolset and support a flexible, future-ready marketing technology strategy
- Marketing enablement experience, and a deep understanding of campaign lifecycles and audience creation
- Experience with AEP (including Customer Journey Analytics, Real-time CDP, and Journey Optimizer), Salesforce (including Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud), or similar enterprise marketing tools
- Intermediate-level SQL capabilities
- Solid understanding of HTML and web protocols
- Intermediate JavaScript skills
- Experience with custom schema definition using Snowplow, Segment, Google Analytics 4 or similar
- Web API usage experience
- SaaS or other software implementation experience
- Experience in large-scale software engineering organizations (Agile or related experience)
- Experience with Adobe Target - nice to have
- Japanese language proficiency a strong plus but not required

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$147,700 - $221,500 USD
