Operations Coordinator - 12 Month CONTRACT

The Operations Coordinator plays a key supporting role for the Development Strategy team. This role will provide scheduling support for our global portfolio title review process, optimize administrative workflows, create clear meeting documentation, and assist operational initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for the video game industry. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones and teams. 

  • Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflicts. 

  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials to ensure participants are informed and prepared. 

  • Capture meeting notes and summarize key decisions and action items. 

  • Perform studio engagement follow-up tasks such as survey creation, material permission updates, report documentation, and more. 

  • Support project coordination and data tracking for development strategy projects. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and share information efficiently. 

  • Maintain team documentation and shared resources, keeping documents up to date for easy reference. 

  • Support ad-hoc administrative, operations, or process improvement projects. 

  • Help with travel arrangements, offsite meetings, and team logistics as needed. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support roles, ideally within entertainment, technology, or gaming sectors 

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas. 

  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with a high level of discretion and professionalism. 

  • Skills in using productivity and collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Office, Wrike, Jira, or equivalents). 

  • Experience working with global teams, demonstrating cultural awareness and time zone sensitivity. 

  • Adaptable, curious team player, capable of working both collaboratively and independently based on project needs. 

 

At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. 

Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.

$30 - $40 USD
