PROGRAM DATES: The Summer semester will begin on Tuesday, May 26th and end on Thursday, August 13th. Interns are expected to start on this date as orientation is mandatory.

Digital Marketing & Artist Development Intern
As a Digital Marketing & Artist Development Intern, you’ll contribute to strategies that drive artist growth across digital platforms, media, and marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in pitching creative ideas, supporting promotional campaigns, and assisting with events, shows, and festivals—all while learning from industry experts shaping the future of country music.
Digital / Fan Innovation Intern
As a Digital / Fan Innovation Intern, you’ll dive into the strategies that engage online audiences and turn listeners into lifelong fans. This role offers hands-on experience in social media content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and audience analytics, giving you valuable insights from industry experts shaping the digital music landscape.
Partnerships Intern
As a Partnerships Intern, you’ll help forge meaningful collaborations between our artists and brands, creating innovative campaigns that amplify music releases and fan engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in pitching partnership ideas, supporting marketing activations, and contributing to events, shows, and festivals. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:
In order to participate in our paid internship program, you must:
- Be enrolled in a matriculated program, in pursuit of an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree at an accredited institution and provide Official Transcript documentation of your degree progress.
- Be at least in sophomore class standing or above.
- Flexibility to work on-site in Nashville. Our program thrives in a collaborative, in-office environment where creativity and teamwork are essential. Applicants must plan to be in a commutable distance to the location they are applying to over the duration of the program. Please note relocation assistance will not be provided, and applicants must independently make arrangements if needed.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
