Social Media Manager

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and creatively driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic and passionate Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating our artists’ presence across social media platforms, maximizing their visibility, and helping shape narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for the effective social media strategy (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.) for all Sony Music brands and artists, in order to achieve significant growth in metrics and engagement that will lead to commercial success (Spotify streams, sound uses, etc)
  • Builds relationships and maintains close communication & collaboration with our artists and other influencers to ensure the desired outcomes: successful/viral campaigns, updates, reports and strong commercial results
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all artist channels
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely upload of all material to the content distributors, according to the marketing plans
  • Monthly proposals for campaign strategy and optimal allocation of the sales marketing budget to achieve the best possible results
  • Cooperation with the Commercial Department to achieve Gold/Platinum status for focus artists (as defined and communicated by Marketing)
  • Full reporting to management upon completion of each campaign, including results and improvement recommendations

Who you are:

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within music, entertainment, lifestyle, or creator‑driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital culture, social platforms, and content performance dynamics.
  • Hands‑on content creation skills: video editing, copywriting, visual storytelling.
  • Highly proactive mindset: always scanning for opportunities, trends, and creative angles.
  • Ability to think strategically while moving fast in execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with artists and internal teams.
