We are looking to hire an independent and personable Administrative Assistant to work closely with the executive team at AWAL. The successful candidate will have previous support experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as a track-record of managing ever-changing schedules, conflicting priorities and planning international travel and communication across multiple time zones. As a natural extension of the executive team at AWAL, you should be an excellent communicator and able to build a trustworthy relationship among internal teams as well as external contacts.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary liaison for staff, clients, and industry contacts maintaining credibility, confidentiality, and trust.
- Heavy scheduling and calendar management.
- Oversee extensive domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Process and submit expenses on a monthly basis.
- Maintain executive team’s external contacts.
- Assist with meeting prep, agendas and dissemination of notes/action points.
- Ad-hoc projects and administrative support as needed.
Who you are:
- The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-2 years of prior administrative experience.
- Experience at a music company is preferred.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook.
- A proactive, flexible, self-starter who has strong problem solving, social, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Must be able to work independently but be a team player and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to manage time and priorities, set and achieve goals and juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
- The use of discretion and the maintenance of high levels of confidentiality are also required.

California Pay Range
$40,000 - $45,000 USD
