Solutions Manager - The Orchard

In dieser kundenorientierten Rolle bist du fest in unsere Relationship-Teams eingebunden und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle für den Erfolg der Labels und Artists, mit denen wir arbeiten. Als Solutions Manager kümmerst du dich um das komplette Onboarding, das Content-Management und behältst bei allen operativen und administrativen Anfragen den Überblick. Dein Ziel: Effizientes Troubleshooting, reibungslose Releaseabläufe mitgestalten und ausführen.

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Du kümmerst dich um das komplette Onboarding für neue Artists und Labels – Account-Setup, Klärung der Zahlungsdetails und gegebenenfalls Katalogübernahmen.
• Du bist das Gesicht zu unseren Admin-Teams (Legal, Finance, Ops) für unsere Clients. Du klärst Probleme, sammelst Feedback und setzt dich intern für die Bedürfnisse der Labels & Artists ein.
• Du berätst Kund:innen bei der Produkt-Logistik und kümmerst dich um komplexe Setups für digitale und physische Releases, genau so, wie es das Label oder die Kampagne braucht.
• Zusammen mit dem Operations-Team managst du den bestehenden Katalog: Egal ob Deletions, Takedowns, Preisänderungen oder Anpassungen bei DSPs und Territories.
• Du gehst proaktiv auf Kunden zu, wenn es um Steuerthemen, Probleme mit Abrechnungen oder andere Finance- und Legal-Fragen geht.
• Du supportest dein Team proaktiv dabei zu wachsen und gemeinsam Labels und Artists bei ihrem Wachstum zu unterstützen.
• Physische Supply Chain Koordination (beinhaltet u.a. Produktanlage & Datenerfassung, Wöchentliches Reporting & Bestandsüberwachung, Metadaten- & Change-Management, Chart-Anmeldung (GfK/GSA), Routine-Kommunikation mit Subvertriebspartnern)

Wer du bist:

• Du hast idealerweise 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Distribution
• Du bist lösungsorientiert und hast Interesse daran, Prozesse und Workflows zu optimieren.
• Du kennst dich bestens mit Distributions-Anforderungen und Metadaten aus und weißt genau, wie DSPs ticken und welche Strategien dort funktionieren.

This client-facing role is embedded in Relationship Teams and plays a vital role in the client’s success. The Solutions Manager is responsible for end-to-end onboarding of clients, content management, and synthesizing all operational and administrative inbounds to ensure clients' operational and administrative issues are solved efficiently and correctly.

What you will do:

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding of new artists and labels, from contract signature and account setup to payment readiness and catalog ingestion and delivery, working closely with the Relationships Team and with Contract Admin at cutover
• Be the primary, client-facing representative of Orchard’s administrative teams (including legal, finance, and operations) for clients, addressing issues, gathering feedback, and advocating for client needs within the organization
• Advise on client product logistics and operations and manage complex digital release set-ups in accordance with label and campaign-specified needs
• Work with Operations to process deletions, take downs, pricing adjustments, DSP and territories adjustments, and all management of existing digital catalog
• Proactively manage client outreach on tax drills, statement issues, finance/legal related things
• Help the team and the clients to grow and expand
• Physical Supply Chain Coordination, including: product creation and data entry, weekly reporting and stock monitoring, metadata and change management, chart registration (GfK/GSA) and routine sub-distributor communication

Who You Are:

• Ideally 3 + years experience working in distribution
• Solution-oriented and willing to help streamline processes and workflows
• Knowledgeable in distribution requirements, metadata, DSP behaviour and strategy
