As an Account Manager, you will lead the coordination, management, and execution of artist commerce initiatives across multiple clients, serving as a primary point of contact for artists, management, and internal teams. You will oversee merchandising projects spanning touring, e-commerce, retail, VIP, licensing, events, and pop-up activations, ensuring seamless execution from concept through fulfillment. This role is responsible for driving merchandising strategies that maximize revenue and fan engagement, managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, and partnering cross-functionally across creative, production, finance, operations, and fulfillment to deliver exceptional client experiences. Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with strong execution while supporting the continued growth of artist commerce services.
What you'll do:
- Lead Strategic Client Relationships Across Commerce Channels
Serve as the primary liaison between artists, management, and internal teams to ensure exceptional client service, alignment on goals, and successful execution across touring, e-commerce, retail, VIP, and licensing initiatives. - Drive Revenue Growth Through Merchandising & Commerce Strategy
Develop and execute innovative merchandise, touring, and e-commerce strategies designed to maximize fan engagement, increase profitability, and expand overall artist commerce opportunities. - Oversee End-to-End Project & Product Development Execution
Manage the full lifecycle of merchandise and commerce initiatives including product ideation, creative direction, timelines, approvals, and launch execution. - Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence
Coordinate effectively across production, creative, finance, touring, e-commerce, retail, and external partners to maintain clear communication, streamline workflows, and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule. - Contribute to Business Growth, Innovation & Team Development
Identify new business opportunities, process improvements, and creative solutions while supporting team culture, mentorship, operational scalability, and the continued evolution of artist commerce services.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, retail, brand partnerships, artist management, or a related commerce-focused role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with experience collaborating across clients, artists, and cross-functional teams.
- Commercially minded with a passion for merchandising, fan engagement, and developing strategies that drive revenue and business growth.
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a desire to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional results.
