Product Manager

Europe, Poland, Warsaw

As a Product Manager, you'll play a central role in bringing Sony Music artists and releases to market. Working across a diverse roster of local and international talent, you'll lead the planning and execution of release campaigns, helping artists connect with fans and achieve commercial success across physical and digital channels.

Partnering closely with artists, managers and internal teams across Marketing, Digital, Sales, A&R and Operations, you'll develop innovative campaigns, oversee release strategy, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to grow audiences, engagement and revenue. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role for someone who combines creativity, commercial thinking and a passion for music.

What You'll Do

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and deliver release strategies, marketing campaigns, and artist development plans.
  • Forecast project performance and oversee marketing activity from planning through to release.
  • Manage contracts, invoices, and project administration.

Media Promotion

  • Build strong relationships with media partners to maximise artist visibility.
  • Coordinate interviews, appearances, fan events, and other promotional opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of advertising and promotional materials.

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to create content and social campaigns that grow audiences and engagement.
  • Support campaigns across streaming, social, and digital platforms.

Physical Sales

  • Coordinate physical releases with artists, managers, A&R, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Create sales materials and retail tools to support commercial success.

Digital Sales

  • Work with Digital Sales teams to deliver campaigns across DSPs, social platforms, and digital partners.
  • Identify opportunities to increase streams, reach, and revenue.

Internal Systems & Operations

  • Manage release set-up, asset delivery, and metadata across internal systems.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure releases are delivered accurately and on time.

Reporting

  • Share regular marketing, sales, and campaign performance updates with stakeholders and artist teams.

Marketing Budget Management

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets aligned to release objectives.
  • Track spend and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.

Who You Are

  • Experience in the music industry across marketing, promotions, publicity, digital marketing, events, or artist development.
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital platforms, and music consumption trends.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and focus on results.
  • Flexible and willing to travel for artist activity, events, content shoots, and campaigns.
  • Passionate about music, culture, and connecting artists with fans.
