
IT Systems Administrator
A New Paradigm For Space Operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for staff (hardware, software, networking).
- Maintain and troubleshoot servers, network devices, and cloud-based services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Oversee hardware/software installation, configuration, and updates.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Assist in planning and implementing IT projects (upgrades, migrations, new tools).
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- 2+ years in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Primarily Windows experience with some Linux server support
- Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Microsoft 365 Intune, Entra, and Azure.
- Familiarity with security best practices and backup strategies
- Excellent problem-solving ability, clear communication, patience, and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing needs
- Ability to work with minimal direction or support and to learn quickly; strong analytical skills; creative and innovative thinking; detail-oriented; calm under pressure; commitment to follow-through; enthusiastic with a talent for motivating others; receptive to criticism and open to others' ideas; and effective in written communication.
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder).
- Experience with virtualization (Proxmox)
- Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Exposure to CAD/engineering software support (e.g., SolidWorks, Ansys, MATLAB)
- Knowledge of more technical Security compliences.

Pay Range
$75,000 - $100,000 USD
