Summer 2026 Accounting & Tax Internship

Starlink provides satellite internet coverage to over 100 countries and counting. With a mission grounded in delivering global internet access, Starlink is ideally suited to support rural and geographically isolated areas where internet connectivity is unreliable or nonexistent. As an accounting and tax intern based in our Singapore office, you will work closely with the Singapore accounting and tax team members who will help you apply your knowledge and grow your understanding on accounting and tax concepts as well as skills on finance processes that help support our Starlink entities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information for Starlink subsidiaries.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, checks, reports, supporting schedules, documentation and project plans as necessary to support Starlink accounting and tax processes as well as local compliance requirements.
- Work with the Singapore Spacex accounting and tax team, local service providers and external auditors where necessary.
- Support efforts to improve processes and reporting, including standardization and automation efforts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree program by the start of employment.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates pursuing an undergraduate degree in accountancy.
- Proficient computer skills, including excel
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Alteryx and other data analytics tools is a plus
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys challenges and systematically working through problems
- Individual with a high degree of initiative, proactiveness and follow-through
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work onsite for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning in May or June 2026
- Requirement to be onsite at the Singapore office – remote work is not considered
