We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People & Culture Team!
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategy and execution of our APAC recruiting efforts as part of our rapidly growing organization.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves while serving as a partner with leaders across our practices, geographies, and corporate functions to ensure we meet the diverse hiring needs of the business through strategic and inclusive recruiting processes. Leveraging global frameworks, systems and programs this role will drive continuous improvement, ensure a consistent regional approach to sourcing and retaining talent and secure a strong talent pipeline with the capability to achieve our strategic priorities and benefit both the APAC region and the firm globally.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy across APAC to attract top talent that aligns with the Spaulding Ridge’s values and vision for growth
- Leading a team of talent acquisition professionals and managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles across consulting and corporate.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of recruiting activities, from analyst programs through executive hiring
- Partner and build collaborative relationships with APAC and NA business leaders across the company to understand the needs of the business and advise on talent trends and best practices
- Grow and align recruiting practices strategically and efficiently to support our APAC region and corporate functions globally.
- Partner with People & Culture peers on the global standard for Talent Acquisition, our operating model, and global program implementation.
- Act as a regional leader in Asia Pacific in a global functional role, with the ability to balance local needs in APAC with global talent acquisition strategy and priorities
- Work with the global People & Culture team to align recruiting efforts to our broader people and culture strategy including DEI (Diversity Equity & Inclusion) initiatives that support a healthy and diverse workforce
- Drive operational excellence in recruiting processes and systems to improve collaboration, accountability, and support growth
- Oversee the tracking of data to align to company targets / metrics, optimize recruiter productivity and support data-informed decision making
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to position Spaulding Ridge as a great place to work
- Manage, mentor, and train the APAC recruiting team to effectively execute the recruiting plan
- Support oversight of our ATS (Greenhouse) and collaborate with IT and HR to ensure smooth recruiting and onboarding of new hires
- Act as the lead recruiter for high-priority job openings
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition role within a global professional service company
- Demonstrated ability in implementing recruitment and selection management programs to support business strategy and provide efficient and effective services to secure talent
- Experience leading and working across diverse cultures and business environments
- Knowledge of / relationships with our technology alliances a plus (Anaplan, Salesforce, DocuSign, OneStream, Snowflake, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Experience in managing recruitment and talent sourcing across multiple countries in Asia Pacific is preferred
- Working knowledge of and experience managing Recruitment teams with experience in centralized service highly desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead and manage change at all levels of an organization while navigating a fast-paced, high-change environment
Location & Travel: Jaipur or Bangalore (hybrid role, in office 3 days/week); some travel likely
