NetSuite Enterprise Sales Director

The NetSuite Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth across Spaulding Ridge’s NetSuite business, including NetSuite ERP and related solutions. This role owns pipeline creation, deal strategy, and bookings with enterprise and upper‑mid‑market clients. The focus is on scaling a sustainable NetSuite business through new logo acquisition, account expansion, and cross‑solution selling.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end‑to‑end enterprise sales process for NetSuite solutions, including pipeline generation, deal strategy, contract negotiation, and close
  • Work collaboratively with practice leadership to develop and execute a growth strategy for the NetSuite business
  • Identify, develop, and prioritize NetSuite market offerings that align with enterprise and upper‑mid‑market client needs
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on long‑term growth, expansion, and partnership
  • Own and manage the NetSuite sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with revenue targets across implementation and advisory service lines
  • Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand solution footprint and services
  • Partner closely with solution architects and practice leaders to scope, position, and close high‑value NetSuite platform and services engagements
  • Drive market presence through enterprise relationship development, NetSuite alliance coordination, events, and targeted thought leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex client business environments and challenges, delivering high‑value solutions aligned to their strategic goals

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success scaling a NetSuite practice or market offering within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Experience selling to enterprise and upper‑mid‑market clients
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of attaining sales targets through alliances and/or direct origination
  • Deep functional and/or technical understanding of NetSuite cloud ERP, including financials and core operational modules
  • Strong business operations acumen (forecasting, pipeline management, margin awareness, and utilization considerations)
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with consultants, sales leaders, and solution architects
  • Existing knowledge of—and relationships within—the NetSuite ecosystem and partner channel
  • Experience leading complex sales motions through client‑facing activities such as requirements discussions, stakeholder workshops, and solution validation
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with CxOs and senior decision makers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
