We are seeking a Vice President of Revenue to own and scale our variable revenue engine - driving growth by acquiring, activating, and retaining members across our B2B2C ecosystem. In this role, you will lead marketing channels and member engagement strategy, while partnering cross-functionally to increase member utilization and maximize consumption-based revenue.
This role is built for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of strategic marketing, product experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional orchestration.
What you’ll do:

Partner with Product to drive member funnel optimization
- Work closely with the Director of Member Funnel Optimization (MFO), who will have a heavy dotted line into this role.
- Co-own the member funnel roadmap, defining hypotheses, shaping experiment plans, and driving accountability to conversion and revenue metrics.
Establish a predictable revenue Engine
- Build dashboards, reporting cadence, and operating mechanisms that provide real-time visibility into revenue performance and drivers.
- Identify risks early, pressure-test forecasts, and ensure operational discipline.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Align with Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Success and Marketing to remove blockers and execute against the consumption revenue roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional efforts that improve both member outcomes and revenue results.
What Success Looks Like
- Quarterly consumption revenue targets are met and exceeded
- Funnel conversion metrics (activation, session completion, retention) improve quarter-over-quarter.
- Member Growth team operates as a high-performing engagement engine.
- Funnel optimization experiments ship rapidly and measurably move the needle.
- A shared operating rhythm between Member Growth and Product produces predictable, scalable revenue outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years leading growth, revenue, or marketing organizations, ideally with direct experience in B2B2C ecosystems and product-led growth environments.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling variable revenue models working with Product and Marketing teams.
- Proven ability to influence product and data teams — shaping roadmaps, framing hypotheses, and rigorously evaluating experiments.
