Spring Health is seeking a Campaign Operations Associate to play a vital role in supporting the execution of digital and automated marketing programs that drive engagement and pipeline growth. Reporting to the Campaign Operations Team Lead, this role partners across the B2B marketing teams to help manage campaign setup, execution and reporting for multi-channel initiatives including digital, email and event-based programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer who wants to build hands-on experience in marketing automation, digital campaign execution and martech enablement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and eager to learn how technology, data and process come together to create measurable impact in a modern B2B growth engine.
What you’ll do:
- Campaign Execution Support: Assist with the setup, QA, and deployment of marketing campaigns across digital and automation platforms (HubSpot, 6sense, Outreach and others).
- Email and Nurture Programs: Help build and maintain email marketing and nurture workflows, ensuring audiences, assets and tracking are configured accurately.
- Digital Campaign Coordination: Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to support paid media, retargeting and always-on digital programs, including audience uploads, tracking and reporting.
- Data and Lead Flow Management: Work with the Campaign Operations Team Lead to maintain lead capture forms, routing rules and campaign tracking links to support “no lead left behind” execution.
- Reporting and Insights: Pull performance metrics and assist with campaign dashboards; analyze engagement and conversion data to identify trends or issues.
- Tool and Process Enablement: Support adoption of key marketing systems (6sense, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.) by helping create guides, templates, and checklists for campaign drivers.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Programs, Partner/Consultant Marketing and Events teams to coordinate campaign calendar, logistics and ensure timely delivery of assets and follow-up.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance campaign efficiency through better documentation, automation and QA practices.
What success looks like:
- Campaigns are launched on time, accurately, and consistently across all digital and automation platforms.
- Email and nurture programs run smoothly, driving improved engagement and conversion rates.
- Lead data flows seamlessly through systems with clean tracking, accurate routing, and minimal errors.
- Reporting and dashboards are reliable, timely, and provide actionable insights for B2B Growth.
- Marketing tools and processes (HubSpot, 6sense, Outreach, etc.) are well-documented and efficiently used by stakeholders.
- Cross-team coordination leads to smooth campaign execution and alignment across Marketing Programs, Digital, and Events.
- Opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks are proactively identified and implemented.
- Overall, campaign operations contribute to measurable marketing efficiency, lead quality, and business growth.
What you’ll bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations or campaign coordination roles.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo or similar) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Interest in learning advanced martech tools (6sense, Outreach, Qualified) and how they connect within an account-based marketing ecosystem.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with basic understanding of metrics like CTR, CPL, MQLs and pipeline influence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and continuously improve processes and performance.
The target base salary range for this position is $72,900 - $91,130, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
