Reports To: The Program Manager will report to the Senior Client Director or equivalent leadership.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Startup Program Manager to support and drive the execution of key initiatives and events for the North America (NAMER) Startups (SUM) team. This individual will play a vital role in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth program delivery and outstanding internal and external stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Program administration and event management support for NAMER SUM 1P and 3P events and programs (including, but not limited to, Summits, re:Invent, Tech Weeks)
- Operational leadership for SUM team including wiki page creation, event calendar updates, and newsletter creation and management
- Co-own the re:Spark program strategy, with field marketing, and lead execution at re:Invent 2025; seek to continually improve the program based on pilot results
- Project manage applicable NAMER SUM projects through Asana and Airtable
- Provide a high-level of customer service to internal stakeholders (account teams, sales leadership) as well as external customers
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong background in program or project management, preferably within a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Experience in event planning or operations for large-scale, high-impact events.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and Airtable.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high level relationship building and operational management.
- Previous management/ supervisor experience overseeing 5-10 employees.
- Ability to build business relationships and interact effectively with “C” level executives.
- Solid understanding of selling skills.
- Exceptional computer skills.
- Industry related experience a plus.
- Driven by client satisfaction, with proven track record of diplomacy and ownership.
- Strong integrity, solid business ethics.
- Strong team approach to account management.
Travel: Some local travel is required for this position. Approximately up to 15%.
