Field Marketing Manager, APAC

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Field Marketing Manager, APAC to drive high impact field marketing events and programs across the APAC region. The ideal candidate has a strong background in adtech or DSP platforms and is passionate about creating exceptional in-person and virtual field experience to drive pipeline and brand presence. 

This role will be pivotal in building our brand presence through flagship field events. executing regional field focused go-to-market campaigns, supporting sales enablement through field activities and shaping thought leadership opportunities with the field across APAC.

We are looking at candidates based in either Singapore or Sydney for the role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the strategy, planning and execution of flagship field events in APAC, ensuring they are world class, brand defining experiences that drive significant business impact and PR within the field
  • Drive the planning and execution of regional field events, webinars, trade shows and sponsorship opportunities - ensuring brand consistency and measurable outcomes for field initiatives
  • Collaborate directly with APAC revenue leaders to develop and execute field marketing programs and events that are tightly aligned with pipeline generation and client expansion goals
  • Identify opportunities to position StackAdapt as a thought leader in the adtech industry through speaking engagements and content collaborations at key field events
  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies to support awareness, lead generation and pipeline growth in APAC markets, with a strong focus on field events
  • Analyze and optimize field marketing performance metrics and report on field campaign results to stakeholders, specifically tracking field event ROI
  • Managing budgets, purchase orders and contracts for all field marketing activities, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
  • [Bonus] Craft persuasive content and narratives that highlight our value proposition, product innovation and client success stories for field driven initiatives

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 6+ years of field marketing experience with a strong focus on field events, preferably in the adtech/martech/SaaS space
  • Exceptional field event management and execution skills, with proven experience delivering successful flagship and regional field events
  • Proven success in leading B2B field marketing campaigns in APAC with strong cultural and market awareness
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple field initiatives across regions and functions
  • Data driven mindset with proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g: Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads etc.) for field marketing analytics
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot is absolutely needed, as the Event/Field team operates out of these platforms regularly
