
Retail Associate - Part Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly and professionally greet customers upon their entrance to the retail store.
- Enter customer details accurately into our database system, ensuring compliance and verifying their eligibility for purchase through METRC.
- Execute all sales and tasks in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Deliver superior customer service by adhering to high standards of behavior and extensive product knowledge.
- Efficiently manage cash and debit transactions, ensuring the cash drawer remains balanced at all times.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of personalities, both among employees and customers.
- Demonstrate outstanding mathematical abilities.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and effectively manage time and resources.
- Operate the cash register, a computer-based POS system, and the cash drawer proficiently.
- Maintain the retail store by cleaning, stocking, and organizing.
- Perform nightly inventory checks for all products in the retail store.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team to meet sales targets, customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance within set timelines.
- Undertake special projects and tasks as directed by management.
- Carry out any other assigned duties.
Hiring Requirements:
- Familiarity with cannabis is highly desirable.
- Applicants must be aged 21 or older.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States, with all necessary documentation provided.
- Applicants must agree to undergo a criminal background check.
- Possession of a valid state-issued ID or U.S. Passport is required.
- Ability to occasionally lift more than 50 pounds is necessary.
- Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Applicants should have no scheduling conflicts or restrictions.
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment background checks.
Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
