TITLE: SCIF Security Specialist - Senior
LOCATION: Fort Meade, MD
OVERVIEW
Streamline Defense is seeking a SCIF Security Specialist at the Senior-level to support the US Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Intelligence Directorate (J2), located on Fort Meade, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the Special Security Officer (SSO) to ensure control of access to SCI and SCI facilities (SCIFs).
- Certifying and receive SCI visitor clearances/accesses.
- Conducts SCI security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, training on classified material/SSO-related material and topics.
- Obtains signed nondisclosure agreements.
- Provides guidance and assistance for processing SCI position and eligibility requests for assigned military, government, and contractor personnel.
- Other duties may include, but not limited to: audits of classified material; inspections of classified material storage facilities/SCIFs/containers; researching and preparing classified material-related policy and management recommendations, reports and recommendations.
- Administer CAPCO responsibilities for physical and administrative security (control rosters, computer screens, other physical requirements IAW security regs).
- Look up people in DISS, Administer visitor’s badges, Administrator VARs, Support conferences.
- Process nominations, Process foreign contact forms, Process SF86s.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to sit for CI polygraph, if required.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience. 12 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree.
- Experience providing security services support, including tracking and processing requests for SCI access, badging, indoctrination briefings, managing security profiles of workforce, and coordinating visitor access.
- Experience coordinating with internal and external security managers to verify information pertinent to security clearance determination.
- Experience with using clearance and security systems, including DISS, TITAN, and Scattered Castles.
- Experience performing inspections of SCIFs, classified material storage, and collateral spaces.
- Knowledge of personnel security, physical security, and information security programs.
