Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in inbound lead conversion within a B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of progressive sales experience in a fast-growing organization and is now ready to assume a leadership role. This position is responsible for optimizing our inbound sales funnel—from demo request to final sale—while ensuring a seamless transition between Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
Key Responsibilities

Optimize Inbound Sales Processes:
Oversee the complete sales funnel by converting demo requests into qualified leads and ensuring smooth handoffs from SDRs to AEs, driving high conversion rates. -
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies and best practices tailored to the fast-paced, technology-driven environment of Stress-Free Auto Care. -
Team Coaching & Development:
Mentor and empower the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Provide regular training and performance feedback to optimize individual and team performance. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and service advisors to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring a unified approach to customer engagement and satisfaction. -
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales effectiveness, generate actionable insights, and promptly adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Regular Duties & Responsibilities
In addition to the above, the Sales Manager will also be responsible for standard managerial tasks common to the role, including:

Sales Target Setting & Forecasting:
Define daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts and set performance goals based on historical data and market trends. -
Sales Meetings & Reporting:
Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and share best practices. Generate detailed performance reports for senior management. -
Budget & Resource Management:
Oversee the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenses and manage forecasting to support strategic sales initiatives. -
CRM Oversight & Pipeline Management:
Ensure data accuracy within the CRM system, manage the sales pipeline, and implement process improvements to optimize lead tracking and conversion. -
Recruitment & Training:
Assist in recruiting new sales talent, coordinate onboarding and continuous training sessions, and develop career advancement plans for the team. -
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and address escalated customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retentio
Qualifications

Experience:
4–5 years of proven sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment within fast-growing organizations, with a strong track record in inbound lead conversion. -
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools to drive sales decisions and measure performance. -
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a consultative approach to coaching and developing sales talent. -
Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude for building rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. -
Strategic Thinking:
A data-driven mindset with the ability to develop, execute, and refine strategic sales initiatives that align with company objectives.
