Job Summary:
Strider is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead our technical talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier professionals who align with our mission-driven work. This role is pivotal in identifying, engaging, and hiring technical talent across various disciplines while enhancing our recruiting strategies to support Strider’s growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, refine processes for efficiency, and contribute to broader people strategy initiatives that strengthen our organizational success and mission-driven objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process, focusing on technical roles, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging industry insights, market trends, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Hiring Partner & Advisor: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, set hiring benchmarks, and provide data-driven recruitment insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to leadership and hiring teams, advising on market trends, candidate quality, and hiring best practices.
- Candidate Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with prospective candidates, showcasing Strider’s mission, values, and unique culture.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance recruiting practices, ensuring compliance while driving efficiency, inclusivity, and an excellent candidate experience.
- Flexibility and Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to support People Operations initiatives, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in contributing to projects across the team.

Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in technology, intelligence, or security-focused industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Strong decision-making skills, balancing candidate experience, hiring urgency, and long-term talent needs.
- Expertise in building and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with both hiring teams and candidates.
- Ability to adapt and contribute beyond recruitment, supporting People Operations initiatives as needed.
