
Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Strider is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Go-To-Market Operations team in support of our Growth organization. In this role, you will partner closely with sales and operations leadership, providing timely analytics and strategic insights to drive performance against key business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, shaping go-to-market strategies, and ensuring executional excellence.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analytics, including building complex Excel models and leveraging BI tools to generate actionable insights. You should be adept at collaborating with executive leadership, effectively communicating findings, and driving measurable improvements in sales performance.
What you will do:
- Sales Analytics & Forecasting – Provide timely insights on pipeline health, revenue trends, and key performance indicators to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Territory & Quota Management – Design and execute territory planning and quota-setting models, ensuring fair distribution and maximum coverage.
- CRM & Tech Stack Management – Collaborate on the oversight of adoption, optimization, and administration of sales tools (e.g., CRM, BI platforms) alongside our Systems Administrator and Revenue Enablement leads to enhance efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with sales, marketing, client success, and financial operations to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
- Performance Reporting – Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide visibility into sales performance and operational effectiveness.
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
- 3-5 years related work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry
- Strong strategy, planning, organizational and multitasking skills
- Solid mathematical aptitude and ability to turn data into insights & actions
- A problem solver with the ability to identify solutions to complex business issues
- Intellectual curiosity, hands-on mentality, and phenomenal attention to detail
