You’ll be empowered to deliver new ideas, challenged to think outside the box, and cheered to success by a team that cares deeply about providing a solution that helps our law firm customers achieve better outcomes for their clients.
In this role, you’ll create and scale our Lead Generation engine across all channels, including partner marketing, the company website, third-party affiliates, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development: Identify and prioritize high-potential users to engage with the sales team. You’ll help us develop, implement, test, and measure our MQL scoring model and iterate to optimize over time.
- Operations and Automation: Create processes to determine what should be automated or what should have a human in the loop. You’ll do this by partnering with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales and use tools like HubSpot, PandaDoc, Fireflies, Office 365, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, and Clearbit. You will be responsible for creating and implementing these processes throughout the organization.
- Campaign Management: Create, automate, and manage campaigns to drive engagement and conversions using HubSpot. You’ll collaborate with the team to create compelling nurture campaigns mapped to the customer lifecycle to drive engagement and web traffic.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to create outbound email templates, refine messaging, create reports and reporting cadences that ensure transparency and seamless coordination.
- Performance Tracking: Partner with the relevant leaders to monitor and report on critical metrics, including funnel health, message engagement, and pipeline performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in growth marketing, demand gen, RevOps, or a related role with a focus on the intersection of product-led growth and Sales.
- Technical Skills: You are a HubSpot Wizard. You have a deep working knowledge and can help facilitate training and technology integrations that help us scale over time.
- Advanced Skills in Database Management. You are able to manage large amounts of Excel data quickly and efficiently to help manage and clean up tech debt.
- Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive shared outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. You strive for perpetual professional growth and have a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize. You have the ability to responsibly manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously while delivering expected outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to think systematically and plan, and excellent at meeting deadlines.
