What we’re looking for

Seeking an experienced Netsuite Systems Engineer to join our growing team. You will report to the Manager, Finance Systems and be directly responsible for complex system configuration, integration development and scripting within NetSuite and other supported systems. 

What you’ll be working on

  • Manage and support financial applications, including Coupa and NetSuite, including completing complex configuration where needed
  • Configure fields, forms, workflows, reports and dashboards, integrations, scripted rules, etc
  • Build and maintain integrations between finance systems ensuring bundles and scripts are updated timely
  • Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests in accordance to defined SLAs; work with vendor support organizations as appropriate to support internal teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable
  • Complete testing during new system implementation projects and for scheduled system releases. 
  • Create/ Maintain systems documentation, including architectural design documentation, business requirements documents, functional design documents, user manuals, test scripts and training materials.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or MIS, or strong understanding of accounting operations.
  • 4+ years experience as a NetSuite Administrator
  • Experience completing complex configuration and optimization projects including building and enhancing integrations and workflows, and completing complex reporting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to effectively balance multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • NetSuite certification preferred
  • Experience with Netsuite Suitescripts preferred
  • Experience following the SDLC preferred

The base pay provided for this position ranges from $100,895 / year - $136,505 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.

Bonuses and commissions may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
