What we’re looking for

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Product Manager of Web to join our marketing organization. This role will be pivotal in driving user acquisition by optimizing our marketing website through rigorous experimentation. You will own the experiment roadmap, focusing on increasing conversion rates as well as modernizing our site experience. What you’ll be working on

  • Own the Experiment Roadmap: Develop, prioritize, and manage a robust experiment roadmap for our marketing website, specifically focused on improving signup rates.
  • Design & Execute Experiments: Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and identify optimal user experiences.
  • Analyze & Report: Analyze experiment results, synthesize insights, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, content, and other marketing teams to scope, build, and launch experiments.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize web analytics and other data sources to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present roadmap updates, experiment results, and key learnings to leadership and cross-functional teams.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Growth Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS environment focused on growth experimentation.
  • Proven track record with A/B and multivariate testing, including hypothesis generation and evaluating statistical significance.
  • Success in driving user acquisition through website optimization and improved conversion rates.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineering and design teams to build and iterate on products.
  • Proficient in JIRA and agile development methodologies.
  • Comfortable interpreting data from web analytics platforms to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a Freemium SaaS business model.
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude or similar product analytics tools.

SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making. As such, you will be required to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week.
