Sustainable Talent is hiring a Junior Recruiter to support one of our leading technology clients as part of an embedded recruiting partnership. As the employer of record, Sustainable Talent provides a remote-first, flexible work environment that values equity, agility, and growth.

In this role, you’ll partner directly with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter who has experience in both agency and in-house environments and is eager to grow within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and G&A (HR, Finance, Operations, Legal) teams

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of inbound and outbound strategies

  • Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the interview process

  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics within the ATS

  • Deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience from first touch through offer

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience (required)

  • Generalist recruiting background across multiple functions

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

  • Experience recruiting for technology or SaaS organizations is a plus
