HR Compliance Identity Verification Reviewer supporting Nvidia

Sustainable Talent is partnering with NVIDIA, a global leader that has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a HR Compliance- Identity Verification Reviewer to support our client's HR Global Compliance team.

This is a full-time (W-2) contract role based in Santa Clara, CA with REMOTE work options. We offer competitive pay $40/hr - $50/hr  based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!

In this role, you’ll help verify identity consistency across employee records by comparing photo identification records maintained in different internal systems. We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals who can handle sensitive information with discretion, apply review criteria consistently, and maintain accuracy while working through a high volume of records within a compressed project timeline.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Compare photo identification records maintained across different internal systems to verify consistency and identify potential discrepancies.
  • Apply established review criteria consistently across a high volume of employee records within project deadlines.
  • Document review findings, including any flagged discrepancies, clearly and accurately for HR Compliance leadership.
  • Escalate identified concerns or potential mismatches to the HR Compliance project lead for further investigation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) with discretion and professionalism.
  • Track progress against project milestones and provide regular status updates to the project lead.
  • Follow established data handling and information security protocols throughout the review process.
  • Collaborate with HR Compliance team members to ask questions and resolve ambiguous or unclear cases.

 

What We Need to See

  • Prior experience in HR compliance, document review, identity verification, or related administrative work preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply review criteria to visual/photo comparisons.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of records within a defined project timeline.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained on review procedures.
  • Strong written communication skills for documenting findings clearly and accurately.
  • Availability for the full duration of the temporary engagement (approximately 6 weeks).
