
Senior Medical Education Specialist
At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.
The Senior Medical Education Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting medical education programs while adhering to HIPAA, AdvaMed Code and Tactile Medical policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, post program follow-up and invoicing for medical education programs, including APP academy.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with professional associations, KOLs, state accreditation boards, and field teams to support Tactile Medical’s educational programs and initiatives
- Support clinical, compliance and marketing with KOL contract development.
- Manage reporting and analytics for medical education programs by compiling and interpreting key metrics such as attendance and registration data, as well as awareness campaign performance, to demonstrate program impact and value.
- Oversee the entering and tracking of medical education programs ROI.
- Support the medical education, marketing and sales teams additionally as required.
- Be a champion for continuous improvement. Ask questions and continually look for ways to make processes better, faster, or more efficient.
- Maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
- Act as the brand ambassador for the company and ensure compliance and operational policies across all departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications, or sales support related field or equivalent and relevant work experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in a medical education, marketing, meeting planning or communications department role
Preferred:
- Previous experience in the medical device field
Knowledge & Skills
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with all types of presenters, employees and management
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong expertise in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Zoom and registration platforms.
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
Below is the starting salary or hourly range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.
US Pay Range
$61,500 - $86,205 USD
