Job purpose :This role is responsible for accurate data entry, documentation processing, and administrative support for international freight forwarding operations.

Qualifications and Experience 

• Matric Certificate
• Preferred: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field
•  Experience with freight forwarding software systems (CargoWise)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Process and input shipment data into freight forwarding systems
•  Maintain accurate records of shipment status and tracking information
• Generate reports and documentation for customs clearance
• Liaise with clients regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
•  Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners
•  Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations
•  Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes
• capturing accurate, and compliant customs entries and document submissions for TFS Freight Forwarding customers.

Attributes:

• Knowledge of import/export regulations and INCOTERMS.
• Proficiency in freight-forwarding and customs clearance systems/software.
• Strong data entry accuracy and speed
•  Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation
• Ability to go beyond what is expected.
•  Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude; initiative-taking
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
•  Comfortable with change and excellent collaborator
