ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - (F&B, Soft Services)
- Planning, organizing and smooth execution of Soft services operations of BLRoffice
- Management of complete Soft Services & F&B service offerings
- Cafeteria Operations and coordination with the vendor partner for efficient services
- Management of external Café service partner
- Upkeep of the facility and providing service as per the standards of the company while following the guidelines, SOPS and organization policies.
- Hygiene audits and action plan for non-compliances
- Analysis of user complaints and preparing quick mitigation plans
- Managing the extended teams of Housekeeping & other office support services
- Daily Inspection of office areas identifying opportunities for improvement
- Periodic reviews of vendor contracts, SLA’s and KPI’s. Track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
- Inventory controls and efficient management of resources
- Review the wastage control mechanism and implement it with highest efficiency.
- Constant focus on Customer Obsession
- Drive Optimization opportunities without compromising on quality
- Recommend cost saving opportunities
- Focus on identifying the root cause for any risk / complaint and prepare mitigation plans
Qualification: Hospitality / Hotel Management Graduate
Overall Experience: 7+ years
Industry Experience: Hotel + Corporate Facilities F&B Exp. as a team lead
Functional Skills:Certifications on Food Hygiene & Safety, F&B management of a large Café,
Soft Services Expert, Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills, Problem Solving approach, Self-performer, Ownership & Accountability
