Job Description
The Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer/partner engagement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Program Execution: Develop and implement marketing programs across various channels, including digital, email, social media, events, and partnerships.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for marketing programs, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliver.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing trade shows, prospecting events and industry events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Swag Management: Manage the end-to-end fulfillment, distribution and tracking of Tekion swag for prospects, customers and employees.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external vendors to develop engaging marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, design, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for program improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing program management, campaign execution, or related roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with marketing software, CRM platforms, and digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in software technology or a technology-based company is preferred
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe, Canva, etc.
- Experience managing agency or vendor relationships is a plus.

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Base Salary Range
$62,800 - $106,300 USD
