As a testament to our success, we're proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team.

Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer, GTM AI who builds the systems that power our go-to-market motion using AI, automation, and data to generate pipeline, improve conversion, and scale execution.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to break down workflows, identify inefficiencies, and rebuild them into scalable, automated systems. You’ll also contribute to more advanced, multi-step AI systems that operate across our GTM stack. The goal is to turn manual processes into repeatable, high-impact execution.

This is a hands-on builder role. You will prototype quickly, ship often, and continuously improve systems based on performance. You should be comfortable going from idea to deployed workflow with minimal guidance and applying new technologies to real business problems.

We’re looking for someone who challenges the status quo, operates with a bias for action, and takes ownership of outcomes in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI-powered GTM systems that generate pipeline, improve conversion, and automate execution across key workflows
  • Build and extend multi-step AI workflows and agent-driven systems that operate across tools, data sources, and decision points
  • Break down and rebuild GTM workflows. Identify bottlenecks across marketing to sales handoff and replace manual processes with scalable, automated solutions
  • Rapidly prototype and productionize automation using code, APIs, and AI tools. Move from idea to deployed workflow with speed and ownership
  • Own funnel performance end-to-end. Instrument systems, run experiments such as A/B testing and conversion optimization, and continuously improve based on results
  • Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack such as CRM, data warehouse, enrichment, and outreach tools. Ensure clean data flow and system reliability
  • Develop targeting and orchestration systems to power campaigns, segmentation, and automated outreach at scale
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to translate business goals into technical systems that drive measurable revenue impact
  • Continuously evaluate and apply new technologies to improve how we operate and increase efficiency and performance
  • Create reusable systems, playbooks, and tooling that enable teams to leverage automation and AI in their daily workflows
  • Monitor, debug, and improve live systems to ensure performance, accuracy, and alignment with evolving GTM needs

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical GTM, growth, or automation role such as RevOps, Growth Engineering, Marketing or Sales Ops, or Solutions Engineering
  • Proven track record of building and deploying systems that drive pipeline, conversion, or GTM efficiency
  • Hands-on experience building or working with multi-step AI workflows, agent-like systems, or LLM-powered automation beyond simple API integrations
  • Experience working with stateful or multi-step AI systems is required
  • Strong experience with automation and integrations using APIs, webhooks, or workflow orchestration across GTM tools such as Salesforce, enrichment APIs, and marketing automation platforms
  • Proficiency in coding such as Python and working with data systems such as SQL, warehouses, or event data
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, including funnel mechanics and handoffs
  • Experience designing and optimizing workflows for lead generation, qualification, routing, and follow-up
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, funnel optimization, and performance measurement
  • Ability to connect technical systems and automation outputs to business impact such as pipeline, conversion, and revenue
  • Experience working with and transforming GTM data such as accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities across systems
  • High ownership and ability to go from idea to prototype to deployed system with minimal guidance
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to data quality, system reliability, and edge cases
  • Clear communicator who can document systems and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within or contributing to shared AI systems, internal platforms, or reusable automation frameworks
  • Experience with attribution, pipeline analytics, or revenue forecasting models
  • Experience designing QA frameworks, monitoring systems, or identifying anomalies in automated workflows
  • Background in high-growth or fast-paced startup environments

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
