Talent Acquisition Coordinator | London

Role Overview 

The Recruitment Coordinator sits within Teneo’s Global Management Consulting & Economic Consulting team and plays a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition across the business. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a highquality, consistent candidate experience. 

Acting as a primary point of contact for candidates, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for interview coordination, recruitment administration and maintaining accurate data within our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse. While based in London, the role supports hiring activity across the Globe. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Candidate Experience & Coordination 

  • Coordinate highvolume interview scheduling, both virtual and inperson, across multiple time zones 
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates from initial outreach through to final decision 
  • Ensure a consistently positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 

Recruitment Operations 

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records within Greenhouse 
  • Collect, track and manage interview feedback, partnering with recruiters on next steps 
  • Post roles internally and externally across LinkedIn, diversity partnerships and university career platforms 
  • Administer candidate assessments via TestGorilla 

Reporting & Process Improvement 

  • Produce weekly recruitment reports covering open positions and active searches 
  • Support pipeline development using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and other sourcing tools 
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and workflows 
  • Conduct industry and market research, sharing insights and emerging trends with the wider recruiting team 

Adhoc Support 

  • Assist with recruitment projects and initiatives as required 

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • 1+ years’ experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a fastpaced administrative role, including interview scheduling at volume 
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities 
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system 
  • Ability to work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days per week in the London office 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience using Greenhouse and/or LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruitment tools 
  • Exposure to professional services, consulting, agency or corporate recruitment environments 
  • Experience supporting global or crossregional recruitment activity 
  • Demonstrated interest in recruitment best practice and delivering a highquality candidate experience
