Why We Need You  

The Member Operations Associate works with the rest of the membership operations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of all membership transactions, maintenance of clean data, and that the Museum’s frontline team has the support they need. This work helps support our 35,000 and growing membership and donor households. 

 

What You’ll Accomplish  

  • Follow established processes to ensure data hygiene: update records, input corrections, process merge requests, run exception reporting, new record reports and perform database maintenance. 
  • Process membership transactions including mail and lockbox, to ensure timely and accurate processing of revenue, and print membership cards when required. 
  • Provide coverage for phones and email in response to member requests and update information in the membership database to maintain accurate records. Serve as a positive representative of the Membership department. 
  • Assist with list pulls, product testing, and new user training. 
  • Perform other work-related duties as required by Manager.  

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated attention to detail 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented atmosphere with multiple responsibilities 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong follow-through and solid organizational skills 
  • Proven written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM system 
  • Willingness to attend formal product trainings and acquire relevant certifications 

 

This is a hybrid position with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, including holiday coverage. Limited evening and off-day event coverage required.

Salary Range

$48,000 - $60,000 USD
