1. Complete the teaching tasks of the main lecturer, improve the quality of teaching through training, lesson preparation, and other forms, and create an excellent classroom for the main lecturer;
2. For middle school aged products, based on student feedback and user experience, continuously optimize one's teaching ability, and ultimately grow into a renowned teacher in the industry;
3. Willing to participate in front-end live streaming, willing to understand and learn the operational logic of live streaming on various platforms, and put it into practice to create a strong personal IP and increase personal voice.

1. Bachelor's degree or above from the 25th National College Entrance Examination
2. Strong learning ability, interested in and willing to learn junior high school curriculum products, with a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and meticulousness, and able to be responsible for the results;
3. Strong expression and communication skills, love to share and showcase oneself;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, adept at identifying and solving problems, possessing a good sense of service and teamwork spirit;
5. Priority will be given to teachers with qualifications in junior high school science, humanities or above.

Competitive salary package ranging from 300,000-500,000 RMB per annum
