POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, while ensuring our marketing assets are organized, accessible, and up to date. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities without losing sight of deadlines or quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget.
- Partner with marketing, creative, product, and external vendors to align on priorities and remove roadblocks.
- Maintain and update the marketing assets database (logos, images, videos, copy, templates), ensuring files are properly tagged, version-controlled, and accessible.
- Create and manage project schedules, task assignments, and workflow in project management tools (Asana).
- Track progress and communicate status updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing assets meet brand guidelines and are reviewed/approved before distribution
- Support the marketing team in resource planning, process optimization, and reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or creative environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
- Experience maintaining and organizing a digital asset management system (DAM) or similar database.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus.
