What you will do at Topsort

  • Be the Engineer that’s in the sales and integrations process: We are looking for a strong technical profile that is deeply passionate about solving client issues and remain customer-facing. 
  • Manage Sales Process from a technical perspective and also act as a counterpart for sales teams to answer technical Q&As, RFPs, and create custom documentation for specific integrations. 
  • Navigate Enterprise customers internal stakeholder relationship and complex organizations, yes you need to understand both code and sales and thrive off both! 
  • Owning the Integration and Support post-Integration: Develop and customize technical solutions to meet customer needs within the ad tech or media monetization space. Ensure that these solutions are scalable, sustainable, and effectively integrated with existing systems.
  • Engineering First and Foremost: This is an engineering role with customer interactions being an integral part of the role. It’s important you are technical and serve as the voice of engineering that best represents Topsort’s technical prowess in engineering meetings.Serve as a technical expert during customer meetings, clearly communicating technical aspects to non-technical stakeholders. Understand and document customer requirements, and provide consultative advice on best practices;

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Ideally PHD.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or sales engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web technologies, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising concepts, ad serving technologies, and e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel often for client meetings, onsite workshops, and events.
  • Willingness to remain client-facing 80% of the time.
