What is this role like?

Recruiters at Topsort have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our team’s growth and culture. You’ll support hiring efforts across a range of roles, working crossfunctionally with c-suite and leads from our product, engineering, GTM, and operations teams to find and place the next generation of Topsorters. Recruiters fully own their end-to-end processes, acting as the face of the company to all interested applicants and prospects. You’ll be based in our Santiago office, collaborating closely with a global team of talent acquisition specialists and hiring managers. We're looking for a dynamic, .

How you'll make a difference:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple business functions, including technical, commercial, and executive placements.
  • Drive pipeline through inbound and outbound resources, using Wellfound, Linkedin Recruiter, Greenhouse, and local networking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write comprehensive job descriptions and set effective candidate expectations from day 1.
  • Provide expert guidance to team leads and hiring managers to attract, select, and retain ideal Topsorters.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of recruiting processes, tools, and systems needed to scale Topsort through its next stage of growth.
  • Focus on building out proactive hiring strategies supporting org design, succession planning, and always-on talent pipeline.
  • Develop employment brand opportunities and partner with our cross-functional teams to create one-to-many strategic talent engagements with prospective talent pools.
  • Own the Topsort employer brand, acting as an ambassador for Topsort's product, company, mission, and vision.
  • Be a constant learner of new roles, industry trends, new industry.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting or equivalent business experience, especially in a scaling, hyper-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, analytical or technical environment - startup experience and ecommerce a plus. 
  • Highly motivated and organized, entrepreneurial working style.
  • Speed, ability to perform under pressure, thrive with challenges, patience and also excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with a level of ambiguity.
  • Ability to conduct interviews, including technical language, in English. Spanish, Portuguese, and French are a plus!
