What is this role like?

We’re looking for a strategic, experienced, and hands-on Sales Development Representative. You'll be crucial in fueling our sales pipeline, supporting Sales Reps in the pre-sales phase. You'll proactively identify and nurture new opportunities and contacts within target accounts, warming up leads with compelling information before handing them off. Your success directly drives our ambitious growth.

You will:

  • Research & Prospecting: Identify high-potential agencies (Big 6, Mid-Market), strategic direct brands, and retailers in LATAM. Pinpoint key decision-makers and their business needs.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Execute personalized campaigns via email, Linkedin, and calls to initiate conversations with prospects.
  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Qualify inbound leads (MQLs) and nurture them by providing valuable information about Toppie's capabilities, building rapport and interest.
  • Meeting Generation: Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and initial demos for Sales Reps, providing them with comprehensive lead information.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions and pipeline status in our HubSpot.

What (we think) you need to be successful - we’re open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well! 

  • 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar lead generation/pre-sales role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English are mandatory. Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough research, identify insights, and articulate value clearly.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, persistent, and proactive with a positive attitude towards targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM (ideally HubSpot) and prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and passionate about sales, tech, and growth.
