PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts in collaboration with our channel partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with field marketing strategies and the objectives of the Channel Partner team. Reporting to the VP of Growth you will work closely with channel, sales, partners, and marketing colleagues to develop channel partner marketing initiatives, successfully execute programs, to generate leads and pipeline.

What Will You Do?

  • Field Marketing Support: Identify, plan and execute partner focused field marketing activities such as trade shows, corporate hospitality and training events to engage and enable channel partners and their clients.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop and direct materials to support the channel partners, including orchestrating content creation, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Partner team to design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns for the pillar channel partners that drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Help establish Torq’s first Partner Portal, including vendor identification, launch strategy, and ongoing management of platform. 
  • Create and manage promotions and incentive programs to drive partner engagement and increase sales performance.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary marketing liaison for both the channel partner team and channel partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with Torq’s goals. 
  • Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on the success of partner marketing initiatives to evaluate the performance of partner marketing programs and recommend enhancements. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with channel partner managers to create quarterly partner plans that generate market awareness and drive opportunities with and through the channel.

What Should You Bring to The Table

  • B2B field marketing and/or channel partner experience with a track record of working directly with a sales and/or partner organization, ideally in the software/SaaS space
  • Deep expertise in event planning and sponsorships, including budgeting, negotiation, event and travel logistics
  • Demonstrable track record driving business growth
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills without a fear of over-communication. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectations
  • You are a creative thinker and problem solver
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
