We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team.

What will you do?
- Focus on sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent through various channels.
- Manage and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring needs.
- Leverage social media and employer branding strategies to attract candidates.
About you:
- 1+ year of experience in technical recruitment (sourcing / coordination / or talent acquisition).
- Strong sourcing skills with experience in recruiting databases and social media (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Results-driven mindset with a "get things done" attitude.
- Social media and employer branding experience – a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach.
