What will you bring to the team.
You will be responsible for combining traditional reporting and KPI monitoring with advanced machine learning and AI-driven solutions to provide leadership with a comprehensive, forward-looking view of business performance. Their duties include creating and maintaining performance dashboards, tracking key operational metrics, designing predictive models, and developing AI-powered automations and chatbot solutions that streamline business processes. The position will support the Maintenance and Installation services teams by delivering real-time performance insights — such as workforce utilization and service request resolution times — as well as intelligent automation tools and conversational AI solutions that reduce manual effort and enable proactive, data-driven decision-making.
What will you be doing:
- Create, develop, and maintain reports, KPI dashboards, and datasets for service managers and leadership. Monitor operational performance against agreed service industry metrics — including workforce utilization and time to close service requests — and leverage AI/ML techniques to enrich and automate these reporting workflows.
- Design and deploy machine learning models, AI-powered chatbots, and intelligent process automations using Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and related Azure services. Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI-driven solutions — including conversational assistants and automated data pipelines — leveraging the Azure ecosystem (Databricks, Synapse, Azure OpenAI, Power Automate) integrated with Power BI.
- Participate in business analysis activities, operational reviews, and meetings with service leaders. Translate business requirements into both structured reporting specifications and ML-driven analytical solutions, drawing from multiple data sources. Present findings and model outputs in a clear, actionable format for non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts on reporting best practices, AI/ML methodologies, and tools.
Naturally to be successful in this role, you must have and know of:
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and/or machine learning roles required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Strong experience building and maintaining KPI dashboards and operational reports using Power BI or Tableau required.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis required.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning model development required.
- Experience with Machine Learning for model training, deployment, and management required.
- Experience designing and deploying AI-powered chatbots
- Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven process automations
- Experience creating presentations for high-level leaders required.
- Focus on problem-solving and proactively improving both reporting processes and analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in English.
