
Senior Operations Quality Assurance Analyst

Join us on our journey as a Senior Operations Quality Assurance Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping how money is sent worldwide. You will work in a team of bright-minded individuals looking after operational metrics and KPIs, doing deep dives and providing recommendations on operational processes and working with various stakeholders on improving operational efficiency. Here’s what you’ll be doing as Senior Operations Quality Assurance Analyst:
- Perform deep dives into various operational processes and topics (e.g. delivery speed increase, financial loss risk mitigation within the Operations department, manual work reduction within Operations, etc.)
- Maintain and update operational metrics tracking
- Investigate operational incidents, changes in metrics, and provide root cause analysis
- Prepare periodic Operations department performance reports for leadership
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and quality improvements
You’ll report to our Head of Operations Implementation.
Here’s what we’d love from our new Senior Operations Quality Assurance Analyst:
- Hands-on experience in the fields of Customer Service, Compliance, and Financial Operations
- Experience with continuous improvement (or similar) roles
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Ability to distill complex information into easy-to-understand language
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify non-obvious improvement opportunities.
And if you can also do this stuff, even better:
- Internal/external reporting experience
- Experience working with data analytics software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
