We succeed by being one team, striving for greatness, speaking the truth, and holding ourselves accountable. We lighten up with humor, stay patient and disciplined, run towards problems, celebrate results, and never accept confusion as an option. The Associate Director, Creative Services, is responsible for how the Sandler brand is expressed across every channel and touchpoint. You own the creative vision, brand standards,  and quality of Sandler's creative output — ensuring that everything produced by the internal team, our international Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS) team, and external partners reflects a consistent, strategically aligned, and commercially relevant identity. You translate creative direction into operational plans, manage creative resources across competing priorities, and hold the team accountable for delivering work that is on-brand, on-brief, and on time.

Which means that on a day-to-day basis, you will:

Brand Standards and Creative Consistency

  • Define, create, and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems — ensuring creative standards are documented, accessible, and consistently applied by internal teams, MaaS, and external partners without requiring senior escalation for every decision
  • Evaluate creative output from all production sources against brand standards and strategic intent — providing specific, actionable feedback that maintains quality and drives improvement across distributed channels
  • Lead brand refresh initiatives through execution and adoption — coordinating cross-functional implementation, tracking rollout against milestones, and embedding updated standards across the team and partner ecosystem

Creative Brief Development and Direction

  • Develop creative briefs for campaigns, product launches, and projects — translating marketing strategy and business objectives into clear, actionable direction that guides internal and external creative resources
  • Oversee website creative direction for site updates and franchise sitelet standards — ensuring digital brand expression is consistent, user-centered, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Direct video creative execution — ensuring video content meets brand standards, supports campaign goals, and is delivered to the brief

Creative Production and Resource Management

  • Manage relationships with external creative resources and agencies — ensuring quality standards are maintained, creative direction is clearly communicated, and output supports business objectives
  • Allocate creative resources across competing priorities — balancing strategic initiatives, campaign demands, and operational needs to maintain efficiency and output quality
  • Oversee MaaS design output — ensuring work produced by international creative resources meets brand standards and reflects campaign intent

Team Leadership and Capability Development

  • Develop the internal creative team —building capability and ensuring the team has the clarity and direction needed to execute against business requirements
  • Integrate team workflows across internal, MaaS, and external creative sources — ensuring production processes are efficient, handoffs are clean, and quality is consistent regardless of who executes the work

How you’ll do it

Because how we do things matters just as much as what we do at Trilliad, our Leadership Principles should act as a compass directing the everyday behavior of every teammate across the organization:

Growth Obsessed. For our business, our clients, and our Selves.

Create Client Value. Become irreplaceable

Business is Personal. Cultivate relationships. Make space for connection. Care about each other.

Tighten-Up. Focus, discipline, and rigor count.

Lighten-Up. Humor and laughter deepen bonds.

Strategy Without Execution Is Just Dreaming. Hope is not a strategy. Vision matters—so does execution.

You Have the Ball. Be accountable. Take action. Go the distance.

Be One Team. No lone wolves. Have each other’s back and help each other out.

Run Towards Problems. Symptoms signal deeper causes. Find the root.

Raise The Bar. Good is the enemy of great. Better never stops—be a Difference-Maker!

Have the Hard Conversation. Be direct and empathetic. Speak the truth, kindly. Feedback is a gift.

Confusion Is a Choice. Stay curious—Seek to understand. Share context—seek to be understood.

Celebrate Results. Make recognition a habit. Shine a light on what’s working, big or small.

The Journey Matters. Meaningful work takes time. Be patient. Think: the next 90 days and the next 10 years.

Think “We” not “Me.” Prioritize what’s best for the business, the team, and the journey.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
