We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter / HR Administrator to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about creating a positive employee and candidate experience. In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting both recruiting efforts and day-to-day HR operations that directly contribute to Trinity’s continued growth and success.

Work Location: 4100 W Galveston St #4, Chandler, AZ 85226
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $57,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter / HR Administrator:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts for open positions across the organization
  • Source, screen, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, hiring updates, and offer process support
  • Manage open requisitions while maintaining organization, timely communication, and hiring goals
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition updates within the ATS/HRIS
  • Support a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment

Onboarding & Employee Support

  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, background checks, and new hire paperwork
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure employees are prepared for a successful first day
  • Partner with internal teams to support system access, compliance requirements, and onboarding readiness
  • Maintain organized and compliant employee files and records

HR Administration

  • Support HRIS administration, employee updates, and record maintenance
  • Assist with workers’ compensation and leave administration processes
  • Respond to employee questions related to benefits, payroll, policies, leaves of absence, and HR processes
  • Support HR reporting, audits, compliance tracking, and special HR projects
  • Assist HR leadership with employee support initiatives and operational projects
  • Represent Trinity in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company policies and values

Qualifications & Skills of a Recruiter / HR Administrator:

Education / Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, or employee support preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems preferred

Skills & Aptitudes:

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong follow-through, accountability, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and HR-related systems
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and support operational needs as the organization continues to grow

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and interruptions
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and accuracy while handling sensitive information
