Automation Intern- Change Management
Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a motivated and people-oriented Intern to support change management and transformation initiatives within the Automation & Operational Enablement team. The intern will work closely with the Automation Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to help drive adoption, communication, and organizational readiness for automation initiatives.
This position is ideal for a highly organized student who is interested in organizational change, digital transformation, and strategic communications. The right candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working across different teams and levels of the organization

This position will be a hybrid position based out of our Somerville, MA corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Automation Lead in planning and coordinating multiple automation initiatives
- Assist in developing and executing change management strategies
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments
- Design and prepare executive-ready materials and stakeholder communications (e.g., leadership presentations, FAQs, email communications, key messaging)
- Support training coordination and enablement efforts for impacted teams
- Track adoption metrics and help gather/ synthesize employee feedback
- Contribute to development of change playbooks and documentation
- Support workshop facilitation and documentation
Basic Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong interest in automation, change management or digital transformation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to synthesize information clearly
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
Preferred Requirements:
- Coursework in Organizational Change, Strategy, or Behavioral Science
- Exposure to change management frameworks
- Experience supporting workshops or training sessions

Actual starting base pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location and budget.
Pay Range
$20 - $22 USD
