Personal Assistant to the CEO

Calabasas, CA

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to the CEO to manage high-level administrative tasks, office operations, and in-person event coordination that support both professional and personal aspects of the CEO’s life. In this role, you will operate with the utmost discretion, efficiency, and care—ensuring seamless execution across calendars, travel, internal initiatives, and day-to-day office activities.

All True Classic roles are global and omni-channel, driving accountability across product categories, regions, and sales/marketing channels. This role will allow you to impact operations company-wide, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and supporting executive efficiency at the highest level.

Note: This role is based at our HQ office in Calabasas, CA and requires full-time in-person presence.

Key Areas of Accountability

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, ensuring alignment across professional, personal, and family-related commitments.
  • Coordinate all logistics for domestic and international travel—flights, accommodations, ground transport—across both business and personal agendas.
  • Proactively track CEO’s key priorities and projects, ensuring timely follow-ups, reminders, and deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, serving as a professional and discreet gatekeeper.
  • Handle personal errands and family needs with efficiency and sensitivity.
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the CEO with strategic initiatives, meeting preparation, presentation development, and special projects.

2. Office Operations / Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Calabasas HQ office—ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and a welcoming environment.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for all office-related needs.
  • Order, organize, and maintain product samples for events, executive reviews, or marketing use.
  • Manage shipping and receiving for operational, product, and marketing teams.
  • Support workspace setup and onboarding coordination for executive or new team members.

3. In-Person Events Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of in-person events, including:
    • Company-wide all-hands and leadership meetings
    • Executive dinners and strategic offsites
    • Retail sales activations and store openings
    • Influencer shoots and brand activations
    • Community engagement and donation-based events
  • Serve as the on-site lead to ensure smooth, premium, and brand-aligned event experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Retail, Content) and external vendors to manage logistics, timelines, materials, and post-event wrap-ups.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Executive Leadership Team

  • Partner closely with our leadership team to coordinate meetings, travel, and strategic alignment.

Marketing & Retail Teams

  • Collaborate on logistics and execution for brand activations, retail experiences, and press/influencer events.

People & Culture Team

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and setup for executive team members and contribute to office culture-building moments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives/leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in managing complex schedules, travel logistics, and sensitive personal matters with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Event planning experience with an ability to manage logistics end-to-end and deliver premium experiences.
  • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, and travel booking platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pivot quickly in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Based in the Los Angeles area. 

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Background in office management or operations.
  • Familiarity with startup environments and high-growth culture.

  • $65K - $70K base with competitive bonus
